After less than a year since Alex Rodriguez first asked Jennifer Lopez to marry him, he decided to pop the question again—this time, in a more playful way. In a video posted to Rodriguez's Instagram, the former baseball player asks Lopez, who is mid-workout, for her hand in marriage; he used a bedazzled cup, however, instead of a 15-carat engagement ring. On the cup are the words "Marry Me?" spelled out in crystals. After a slight laugh, Lopez gives Rodriguez the same answer she did the first time around: "Yes!"

The pair originally became engaged back in March, when Rodriguez got down on one knee in the Bahamas. Today, the couple has been together for almost three years, and Lopez says they are enjoying every moment of their time together. "We're really happy," she said in a recent interview with People. "We have [an] appreciation for where we are in our lives today, and that's what we're enjoying the most."

The duo believes that their common interests make them a perfect match. "We are very much twins," Rodriguez told Vanity Fair. "We're both Leos; we're both from New York; we're both Latino and about 20 other things." Another key detail they have in common? They are both parents and have worked hard to create a blended unit. Rodriguez is the father to two daughters, while Lopez is the mother to her twins. "Our kids get along really well. [Jennifer] is such a great role model. [My daughters] look at her like she's the Messiah," he explained to People.

Lopez has a similar admiration for Rodriguez—and believes that her relationship with her fiancé makes their family that much better. "Everything that we do, we do together," she said of their family in another People interview. "He knows my dreams and I know his dreams, and together we feel like we're stronger."
