Inbal Dror Fall 2020 Wedding Dress Collection
Inbal Dror, an Israeli fashion designer known for her contemporary wedding dresses, launched her eponymous couture brand in 2005 and further expanded with a bridal label in 2014. It's not difficult to see why Inbal Dror is so highly sought after by today's brides-to-be. After all, when Beyoncé enlists you to design a dress (as she did for the 2016 Grammy Awards), that's a stamp of approval that never goes away.
The looks sent down the runway at this season's New York Bridal Fashion Week were further proof that Inbal Dror doesn't just make dresses that are worthy of Queen Bey—many discerning brides are sure to find their dream gowns amongst her latest fashions. Dror is known for bold and beautiful wedding dresses that feature just the right amount of sexy detailing. This season's style-forward ensembles were no exception—dresses with sheer accents, shimmery moments, and dramatic silhouettes stole the show. With embroidered tulle and sequin detailing, these detailed gowns will speak to brides with a penchant for drama; these women will find themselves instantly drawn to the recently-debuted looks from Inbal Dror.
While every dress this season bore Inbal Dror's signature flair, many of the designs pushed the envelope as they balanced bold moments with a touch of Old World-inspired nuances. One such dress featured a bow-clad high neckline and tulle sleeves (very Victorian Era!) blended with an of-the-moment sheer skirt layered over a ballerina bodysuit. The innate juxtaposition seen in not only this gown, but in all of the looks that graced the runway, simply reinforces what brides-to-be have come to expect from Inbal: beautiful looks that push limits in just the right way.
