Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin Have Revealed Their Exact Wedding Date and Location
The couple's second nuptials are officially on.
At long last, Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin have sent out their fourth (and hopefully final!) save-the-date to celebrate their second wedding with friends and family, reports Elle. After secretly tying the knot last September in a New York City courthouse, the couple's plans for a larger celebration has been full of starts and stops. At one point, Hailey's sister Alaia weighed in on the slow preparation process. "They're very up and down, so I just I'll be there at some point in a dress, in sweats—we don't know!" she said. However, it looks like the couple is finally full steam ahead with a plan.
As for the details of the celebration that's in the works? According to an image obtained by TMZ, the Biebers will be celebrating with friends and family on a very special date: their first anniversary. Exactly a year after their September 30, 2018, courthouse nuptials, they will host a second wedding in South Carolina. Many fans of the stars had long speculated that a second wedding would take place in Bieber's native Canada or perhaps in New York City. However, the couple appears to have settled on a more surprising location down south.
The locale isn't entirely random. Earlier this summer the duo was spotted vacationing in Palmetto Bluff, South Carolina, and it appears that their vacation may have doubled as a planning trip. To help bring the destination event together, the couple has reportedly enlisted celebrity wedding planner Mindy Weiss, Elle reveals. Weiss, the sought-after planner who's orchestrated many high-profile events, notably planned Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi's wedding, among many other A-list nuptials. "They decided in May that they would get married in September, so they have been planning for a while," a source previously told People. "Hailey works with a planner."
