Official Rules
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED. The "Perfect Proposals" Contest ("Contest") begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on Sunday, December 28, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on Wednesday, April 15, 2009 ("Contest Period"). 3. HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST: LIMIT: Limit one entry per person/per email address during the Contest Period. Potential winners who are discovered during prize verification to have entered or attempted to enter the Contest more than once during the Contest Period may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the judges. A total of one (1) photo with essay may be submitted by each entrant. Subsequent entries may result in disqualification of all submissions.
There will be three (3) phases of the Contest, as follows:
1) Phase 1: Call for Entry: The Contest Entry Phase begins at 12:00:00 AM (Midnight) ET on Sunday, December 28, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on Wednesday, April 15, 2009.

Once an entrant submits a complete entry, the entrant will be officially entered into the Contest. Contest entries cannot be revised or altered after submission. Once submitted, all submitted components become the property of the Contest Entities and will not be returned.
Information regarding Submissions:
The Contest Entities shall have the right to disqualify any entries that they deem to be obscene, vulgar, sexually explicit, lewd, derogatory, inappropriate, or otherwise not in good taste, as determined by the Contest Entities in their sole discretion.
LICENSE: Entrant grants Contest Entities and their designees the right, but not the obligation to edit, remove, modify, add to, publish, license, print, transmit, display (including but not limited to on the internet) or otherwise use the entrant's photograph, and essay submissions as well as the description of entrant and all accompanying personally identifiable information that entrant submits (collectively, the "Submission"), via all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without notice to entrant and without compensation.
WARRANTY: Entrant represents and warrants that (i) entrant's Submission was made knowingly by entrant, (ii) the Submission is original to entrant and does not infringe upon or otherwise violate any right of any third party, (iii) entrant has all rights necessary to submit the Submission, including without limitation all necessary authorizations and permissions from any persons included in the Submission, (iv) the Submission does not include unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic or other material that would violate the law; and (iv) that the Submission does not include advertising for third party products or services.
Entries submitted in connection with this Promotion (a) must be intended for a family audience and contain only content that, in the sole and unfettered discretion of the Sponsor, is suitable for a general audience; (b) must not, in the sole and unfettered discretion of the Sponsor, contain any nudity, sexually explicit, disparaging, libelous or other inappropriate content; (c) must not in the sole and unfettered discretion of the Sponsor, contain any commercial content that promotes any product or service other than the Sponsor's; and (d) must not contain any trademarks, copyrighted works or other intellectual property. Any elements appearing in the photo element of the Submission, including without limitation stills, clip art, supers, or other materials (collectively, "Elements") used must be entirely original, created and performed by entrant or be in the public domain. Use of any Elements or other materials by the entrant in the Submission that are not original to entrant or not in the public domain may result in disqualification.
All Submissions may be posted on the publicly accessible Contest Website during and following the Contest Period. The Contest Entities are not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, stolen, garbled or misdirected entries, all of which are void.
2) Phase 2: Contest Judging: The Contest Judging Phase will take place from April 16, 2009 to May 1, 2009.
Entries must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Essay must not exceed 200 words
- Appropriateness of entry to Contest theme
- Appropriateness of entry in general
- Adherence to standards of compliance listed above
- Entry must exemplify the Martha Stewart Living brand attributes, such as
- Inspiring
- Beautiful
- Celebratory
3) Phase 3: Winner Announcement: The Winner of the Contest will be announced on the Contest Website on or about June 2009.

4. Contest Prize: At the conclusion of the Contest, the Sponsor will choose one (1) Grand Prize Winner and ten (10) Runner Ups based on their entries.
One (1) Grand Prize: One Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to the Walt Disney World(R) Resort in
Approximate retail value (ARV) of Grand Prize: $4,268.00
Actual value of prize will vary depending upon point of departure and seasonal fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares. Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable, except to a surviving spouse residing in the same household. No substitutions will be, except that, at Sponsor's sole discretion, a prize of comparable or greater value may be substituted. The difference in the actual cost of the trip and the ARV, if more, will not be awarded
Grand Prize Restrictions: Trip must be taken between September 1, 2009, and October 3, 2009, with the Cinderella Castle Suite only being available on or prior to September 30, 2009.
All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the winner's responsibility, including but not limited to: transportation to the Premises if a winner resides within 250 miles of the Premises, round trip transportation between the winner's residence and any airport of origin, room service, parking fees, laundry service, food, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, service charges, or taxes. Airline carrier and Premises regulations and conditions apply. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, certain restrictions, blackout dates and Sponsor's approval.
Winner and winner's selected travel companion must be able to travel on the dates specified by Sponsor above (or by Sponsor's designee) or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Winner and travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary and guest must be of majority age in his/her legal jurisdiction of residency unless travel companion is a member of the Grand Prize or
The Contest Entities will award the Grand Prize only upon winner confirmation, verification and final approval. Any portion of the prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited.
Ten (10) Runner Up Prizes: There will be 10 Runner Ups. Five (5) of the Runner Ups will receive a Disney's Fairy Tale Honeymoons tote bag, ARV $25.00 each. Two (2) of the Runner Ups will receive a Disney's Fairy Tale Honeymoons watch set, ARV $80.00 each. Three (3) of the Runner Ups will receiver a Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings lanyard set, ARV $15.00 each
ARV of Runner Up Prizes: $330.00
Total ARV of all Contest Prizes is $4598.00.
No prize substitution, cash equivalents, transfer or assignment of prize(s) (or portion thereof) is permitted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion, or as otherwise provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.
5. PRIZE AWARDING: Limit of one (1) prize per person, household, and/or email address.Prize will only be awarded upon potential winner's verification and final approval by Sponsor. No prize substitution, cash equivalents, transfers or assignments of prize(s) permitted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion, due to prize unavailability for any reason, and only then for a prize of comparable or greater value. Potential Grand Prize and Runner Up winner will receive prize notificationvia phone and either (i)electronic mail, (ii) United States Postal Mail, or (iii) overnight mail. Prize notification will include Affidavit of Eligibility Form(s), Compliance & Publicity Form(s), Liability Release Forms, and a W-9 form.Potential Grand Prize Winner (as well as Grand Prize Winner's travel companion where applicable and where required by Sponsor) must complete, sign, have notarized and return all required forms to RealTime Media within ten (10) days, at Real Time Media, Inc.,1060 First Avenue, Suite 201, King of Prussia, PA 19406. Once all returned documents have been verified, the potential Grand Prize Winner then, and only then, becomes the "Winner". Failure to return all required forms within the specified time period or failure to comply with any other provision herein may result in the potential winner being disqualified and an alternate winner being selected. If (a) a potential winning entrant of any prize cannot be contacted because the information provided in the entry form is ineligible, or (b) the potential winner fails to return the completed and executed Affidavit and Release, or (c) the potential winner fails to claim the prize, or (d) if the Prize Notification is returned as undeliverable, or (e) if the potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, that potential prize winner will forfeit that prize and the prize will be awarded to an alternate potential winner. Prize winners grant Sponsor the right to use and publish winner's proper name and State of residence online in connection with the Contest. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its affiliates to use winner's name and likeness solely for advertising and Contest purposes as Sponsor so determines without notice or further compensation, except where prohibited by law. All decisions of the judges and Sponsor shall be binding and final. The Contest Entities do not assume any responsibility for any disruption in the Contest caused by circumstance or other unforeseen events outside of the control of the Contest Entities. In the event that there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures and other statements contained in any Contest materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control. In no event will more prizes be awarded than those listed in Rule # 4.
6. DISQUALIFICATION: Entrants found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Contest, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above abuses, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate entrant's eligibility to participate in the Contest. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be in violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest if any fraud, virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the prizes at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.
7. LIABILITY & RELEASE: By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Contest Entities, as well as the affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors and employees of each ,Disney Destinations, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies and the officers, directors, employees, agents and assigns of each (collectively, the "Released Entities") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Contest; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Contest or receipt of, enjoyment of and/or participation in and/or use of any prize , including but not limited to travel. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Entities' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Contest, and in no event shall the Released Entities be liable for attorney's fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
8. TAX INFORMATION: All applicable federal, state, local, and other taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner.
9. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
