Ruffles: Off-the-Shoulder
 Yumi Katsura's column of self-lined silk crepe is beautifully off-balance; from the right shoulder, a flourish of silk charmeuse and organza ruffles falls to just below the ribs; on the left, the wide neck is calculated to slide down gracefully. Triple-bell cuffs flow dramatically from the sleeves of a straight boat-neck dress (below) from Lee Anderson; the dress falls just to the knees and is made of Swiss polished cotton. Wedding bands by Mizuki, Cathy Waterman, and KC Designs.
