Cone Favors How-To
White Cones

1. For each cone, print template on 32-pound ivory paper using a color printer. Cut out, cutting just inside the outline so it will not appear on finished cone.

2. Lay a strip of double-sided tape along one straight edge, on the wrong side. Roll into cone shape, with taped edge on the upper layer; once cone is rolled, press tape against the lower layer to secure.

3. Cut gold metallic crepe paper into a strip; use double-sided tape to attach to inside of cone along top so it extends beyond edge like a fringe. Use double-sided tape to attach aqua double-loop trim to top of cone on the outside, covering cut edge. Cut tissue paper into 10-by-10-inch square; lay treats in center, gather tissue paper up around them, and slip into cone.

Aqua Cone
1. Download template. For each cone, print onto card stock or heavy paper, and cut out; to use as a pattern, trace around outside (ignore the swirl pattern).

2. Lightly trace template onto wrong side of heavy wrapping paper or other decorative paper. Cut out. Lay a strip of double-sided tape along one edge, on the wrong side. Roll into cone shape, with taped edge on the upper layer; once cone is rolled, press tape against the lower layer to secure.

3. Cut gold metallic crepe paper into a strip; use double-sided tape to attach it to inside of cone along top so it extends beyond edge like a fringe. Use double-sided tape to attach gold braid to top of cone on the outside, covering cut edge. Cut tissue paper into 10-by-10-inch square; lay treats in center, gather tissue paper up around them, and slip into cone.
