Emmy Rossum and Sam Esmail were married in an intimate New York City wedding in early May, but they've been quiet about sharing details and photos ever since. Until now, that is. In honor of the fifth anniversary of meeting her now-husband for the very first time, Rossum released four images taken during and after the couple's ceremony. Each one perfectly captures their newlywed love.

A quick click through the black-and-white photos show the beaming Shameless actress walking up the aisle of the East 55th Street Conservative Synagogue, her new husband looking triumphant at her side. The other images include shots of the pair laughing as they exchange vows under a magnificent flower arch, popping a bottle of bubbly in a limo in route to their reception at the Guggenheim, and—our personal favorite—taking a break on a bench, Rossum supine with her head on Esmail's lap as he stares lovingly down at her. The way these two look at each other is so powerful!

Emmy Rossum & Sam Esmail Are Having the Best Honeymoon Ever

We still don't know much about the big day, other than the facts that the bride wore a custom Carolina Herrera wedding dress and that the star-studded guest list included Robert Downey Jr. and Hillary Swank. Still, the photos make it clear that the day was as special and intimate as the bride and groom wanted.

No matter what the rest of the details looked like, we're certain the day was exactly what Rossum wanted it to be. After a two-year-long engagement, the bride-to-be admitted all she really cared about was marrying Esmail, the creator of Mr. Robot who proposed in 2015. "I don't really care what the dress looks like. I don't really care what the plates look like. I don't really care what the invitation looks like," she told E! News. "The only thing that's really important to me is that we get married and there's some kind of party."
