Gotta love modern technology.

Dancing with the Stars pro Mark Ballas is a busy man, but not too busy to dedicate time to wedding planning. Between his latest stint as Frankie Valli on Broadway's Jersey Boys and his longer role as co-lead in Alexander Jean (the band he formed with fiancée BC Jean), Ballas has made room to have a hand in nuptial prep.

Back in April, Ballas told People that he's an "involved groom," and that the couple's determined to make sure everything's "100 percent perfect" on their big day.

Since then, planning has gotten more serious, but Ballas confirmed to Entertainment Tonight that they're still "enjoying it." While BC Jean was just in New York for Ballas's opening night, the singer has returned to their LA home to continue working on the wedding.

"She's been looking at tablecloths, settings and plates and dishes and the cutlery and what cocktails we're having. She's been Facetiming me in all of it. It's amazing," shared Ballas, adding, "It's coming up really quick, so it's great." Despite their hectic schedules,  the actor tries "not to get overwhelmed." "I just take each day as it comes and I'm blessed and honored right now," he said in the interview.

According to Instagram, the pair has also engaged in some cake-tasting and invite-making, the latter of which they plan to custom design.

Mark Ballas and BC Jean have been going strong since 2012, and just last Thanksgiving, the couple got engaged.

According to Access Hollywood, the proposal was inspired off a track the couple sings, "Roses and Violets." And in unconventional fashion, Ballas also received his own engagement ring later on.

"The day before the proposal, I had the house literally turned into Woodstock," Ballas told Access Hollywood. He lined the couple's driveway with petals from—you guessed it—roses and violets, and put up "posters of all her favorite bands everywhere" inside the house.

Judging by the engagement story and inspiration BC Jean shares on social media (exhibits A, B, and C), we're guessing the wedding will be ultra bohemian.

And if their public love of their dog Hendrix is any indication, the celebration may also feature a special canine guest.
