Clover Club

This frothy signature drink by Tom Macy of Clover Club bar in Brooklyn, New York, balances sweet (raspberry syrup) with sour (lemon juice).

  • 1 1/2 oz Gin
  • 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice

  • 1/2 oz House Raspberry syrup
  • 1/4 oz egg white (or small egg white)


  1. Shake first with no ice. Add ice, shake, and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish: raspberry
