Magic Hour Cocktail

Kick off your wedding brunch with this Champagne cocktail, created by Tom Macy of Clover Club bar in Brooklyn, New York, which swaps the usual OJ for grapefruit juice and Lillet Rose.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Lillet Rose
  • 1/2 oz grapefruit juice
  • 1/4 oz simple
syrup
  • Barspoon Yellow Chartreuse
  • Champagne

  • Grapefruit peel for garnish

Directions

  1. Shake all ingredients, except the Champagne, and strain into a champagne flute. Top with Champagne, garnish with the grapefruit peel
