This icy currant-infused cocktail is sure to be a hit at your wedding reception.

- 1 cup fresh red currants, rinsed and patted dry, plus sprigs for garnish
- 8 ounces vodka (such as Level)
Place currants in a glass jar with vodka. Cover; let stand at room temperature 1 hour. Strain; discard currants. Serve chilled, garnished with currant sprigs.
