This is a fresh twist on the classic Italian cocktail.
- Yield: Makes 6 five-ounce drinks

- 6 ounces apricot nectar, chilled
- 1 750-ml bottle sparkling wine, chilled
Fill each champagne flute with 1 ounce of apricot nectar. Top with 4 ounces of sparkling wine. Serve immediately.
