Apricot Bellini

This is a fresh twist on the classic Italian cocktail.

  • Yield: Makes 6 five-ounce drinks

  • 6 ounces apricot nectar, chilled
  • 1 750-ml bottle sparkling wine, chilled


  1. Fill each champagne flute with 1 ounce of apricot nectar. Top with 4 ounces of sparkling wine. Serve immediately.
