Salted Caramel Mocha

This is a sweet, alcoholic kick to provide at a post-dinner spread.

  • 1 ounce melted chocolate
  • 3 ounces steamed milk
  • 2 ounces espresso
  • Whipped cream, for garnish
  • Caramel sauce, for garnish
  • Sea salt


  1. Add melted chocolate to a heatproof glass; pour in steamed milk, followed by espresso. Garnish with sweetened whipped cream, caramel sauce, and a pinch of sea salt.
