Put a spicy and exciting twist on fresh, briny oysters and serve these boozy chasers with the freshly-shucked delicacies.

- Lime wedges, from about 1 lime
- 1/2 cup salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 12 ounces mescal or tequila
- Agua Verde
- 24 oysters in the half shell
Run a lime wedge around the edges of shot glasses; dip glass rims into a shallow dish of salt and chili powder to coat.
Add 1/2 ounce mescal or tequila and 1 ounce Agua Verde to each glass.
Top each glass with an oyster. Serve immediately.
