Darcy’s Diary: 3 Things I’m Obsessed with This Week

Each week, Darcy Miller, the editorial director of Martha Stewart Weddings, will spotlight a few of her favorite things in the wedding world right now.

Did you know that Walt Disney World Resort is the number one domestic U.S. honeymoon destination? I actually just returned from the luxury wedding industry conference, Engage!15, which was held in Orlando, so I thought I would share some details from my trip!

Mindy Weiss's Jewelry Collection

I spent the past few days with celebrity wedding planner Mindy Weiss (she planned Sofía Vergara and Joe Manganiello's wedding!), and every time I told her how much I loved her jewelry, she told me it was from her jewelry line. Naturally, the collection is perfect for brides. It features everything from bracelets to necklaces, and earrings to pins. She also has a special personalized line! The jewelry is priced so that you can buy it for yourself, your mother, or as gifts for your bridesmaids

Details from the Four Seasons Orlando

Here are just a few details from my stay at the hotel that could help inspire your own wedding! For the Disney brides and grooms, or should I say princesses and princes, here are sweet Mr + Mrs handkerchiefs, as well as collar stays that read "Prince Charming" and "Kiss the Bride." (Handkerchiefs and collar stays make great groomsmen gifts.)

From breakfast sushi made from fresh fruit to quinoa citrus crème brulees served in glass jars to scrambled eggs served in eggshells and berry French macarons decorated like tomatoes, these delicious treats were served during breakfast and they serve as genius inspiration for your own morning-after brunch!

Down the Rabbit Hole Dinner

Parties are always fun when they have a theme. Case in point: The Engage!15 welcome dinner was inspired by Alice in Wonderland and it was out of this world! It was held under a beautiful designed tent from Raj Tents (love the tassels and embroidered details!), while the entryway, created by design company Raining Roses Productions Inc., was made to look like a keyhole!

Another one of my favorite party details were the teapots, which had magenta roses spilling out as if they were tea—talk about a creative way to use flowers!
