Sinners and Saints
This twist on a classic Sinners and Saints created by New York City mixologist Tom Richter combines sparkling wine, St. Germain (an elderflower liqueur), and Cynar (an aperitif made with artichoke). Its bittersweet flavor is to die for, but the edible mini orchids floating on top make it unforgettable. Make the liqueur mixture ahead of time and store indefinitely.
