For large-scale décor that glows, use these colorful beacons to illuminate your venue’s walkways or stairs. One strip of paper is all it takes to remake standard glass hurricanes into an impressive array. Roll a sheet into a cylinder and use double-sided tape at the seam to secure. Slip the paper inside the vessel, then place an LED candle inside.
