Lemon Syrup

  • Yield: Makes about a 3/4 cup

  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice


  1. Bring the sugar and water to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat and stir until dissolved.

  2. Off heat, add the lemon juice. Cool to room temperature.
