Banana Pepper Margarita
This take on the Mexican classic by Jeffrey Selden of Marcia Selden Catering gets a kick from tequila, lime juice, triple sec, and sliced banana peppers.

- 3/4 cup tequila
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice (from 4 to 6 limes)
- 1/2 cup triple sec or Cointreau
- 1 sliced lime
- 2 banana peppers, sliced into rounds
- Salt (optional to rim glasses)
Combine tequila, lime juice, and triple sec in a glass. Add 1-2 slices of lime and banana peppers. Serve over ice.
