Pink Grapefruit Rum Punch
Invite guests to serve themselves a totally pink punch from a bowl situated in the center of each table at your celebration. Peter Callahan of Peter Callahan Catering in New York City created this rum and pink grapefruit tipple that's kept cool with an oversize ice cube by Okamoto Studio.

- 1 gallon pink grapefruit juice
- 1 1/2 quarts simple syrup
- 1 quart white rum
- 8 ounces raspberry puree, for coloring
Place large ice cube in punch bowl.
Mix all ingredients and add to punch bowl. Serve immediately.
