Venus Blush Cocktail

Celebrate the most romantic of holidays with this festive -- and delicious -- cocktail recipe, adapted from Salumeria Rosi.

  • Yield: Makes 1 cocktail

  • Ice cubes
  • 2 ounces prosecco
  • 1/2 ounce blood orange juice
  • 1/2 ounce Aperol
  • Splash of club soda
  • 1 slice blood orange, for garnish


  1. Fill a wine glass with ice cubes. Fill with prosecco, orange juice, and Aperol; top with a splash of club soda. Serve immediately garnished with orange slice.
