- 2 ounces Lillet Rose
- 1 ounce gin
- 1/4 ounce lemon juice
- 3 dashes Peychaud's bitters
- 1/2 ounce egg white (from 1 egg)
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add Lillet, gin, lemon juice, bitters, and egg white.
Shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass. Serve immediately.
