St. Germain Sparkler

  • 2 oz St. Germain
  • 2 oz Prosecco
  • 2 oz club soda
  • 3-4 Mint Leaves
  • Grapefruit peel flower garnish


  1. Put 2-3 mint leaves in the bottom of a tall glass and gently muddle.

  2. Fill glass with ice and then add St Germaine, prosecco and club soda.

  3. Using a long handled cocktail spoon stir several times to blend.

  4. Top with a whole mint leaf and gently squeeze the citrus peel garnish over glass releasing some of the natural oils, then drop garnish into glass.
