  • 1 large ice cube
  • 2 ounces plum wine
  • 2 ounces dry sake
  • 1/2 ounce Saint Germain elderflower liqueur
  • 1 Umeboshi plum


  1. Place ice in a rocks glass. Pour over wine, sake, and Saint Germain. Stir to combine. Top with umeboshi and serve immediately.
