Tracy And Andrew

Tracy Long, a fashion stylist who grew up in Chesapeake, Virginia, Andrew Goodwin, a portfolio manager from Darien, Connecticut, at a mutual friend's party in New York City in 2010. Andrew remembers that he "couldn't help but notice her friendly smile and sparkling eyes." And Tracy thinks their different backgrounds only added to the attraction: "Me being Southern," says Tracy, "I always tease him that I've made his life a little bit more fun."

Her roots definitely made his wedding more memorable. Since she was a little girl, Tracy knew she wanted to get married at Keswick Hall of Monticello, a Charlottesville-area hotel that she'd visited with her family. Sure enough, the October 6, 2012, wedding was held on the property. Dinner followed in a tent on a terrace, then dancing in the ballroom. The entire event featured the best of the North and South coming together, from the flowers designed by a Brooklyn-based florist to the country music played by a band from Atlanta.
