This layered flower girl accessory made from Lady Amherst's pheasant feathers isn't a pain in the neck to make (yeah, we went there).

- Cut the feather trim to twice the desired length and fold in half.
- Glue together the ribboned edges of the folded trim with fabric glue.
- Use fabric glue to attach decorative trim to the edge of the feather trim, leaving 6-inch strands on either end so it will tie easily around your flower girl’s neck.
