Lime Syrup

This recipe is used in our Passion Fruit and Lime Cake.

  • Yield: Makes 1 1/4 cup
Lime Syrup

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup lime juice


  1. In a small saucepan, stir together water and sugar. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Remove from heat, let cool, then stir in lime juice.
