This recipe is used in our Scrumptious S'Mores Cake.
- 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
Place the chocolate into a bowl. In a small saucepan over medium heat bring the cream to a simmer. Pour the hot cream over chocolate.; let stand for 5 minutes. Using a rubber spatula, stir the mixture until smooth. Let stand at room temperature until mixture is spreadable.
