Toasted Marshmallows

This recipe is used in our Scrumptious S'Mores Cake.

  • 5 ounces mini marshmallows


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place the marshmallows on a baking sheet lined with a nonstick baking mat and bake until melted and golden brown. Remove marshmallows from oven and cool to room temperature. Once cooled, break the marshmallows into small pieces and set aside.
