Green Goodness Fruit and Vegetable Juice

Embrace your inner goddess with this green goodie that will get you going in the morning.

  • 1 Gala apple, cored, unpeeled, cut into large chunks
  • 1/4 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 large leaf of kale, stem removed
  • Small handful of spinach
  • 1/2 lemon, peeled, pith removed
  • 1/2 inch peeled ginger
  • 1/2 cup filtered water


  1. Place the fruits and vegetables in a Vitamix or other strong blender and add 1/4 cup of the water or coconut water; blend until smooth.

  2. Add the rest of the water or more to achieve desired consistency. For a smoother drink, strain through a fine-mesh sieve.
