- Strawberry Granita
- 12 ounces shochu
- 1/4 cup elderflower liqueur
- 12 large strawberries, quartered
- 3 teaspoons lime juice
- Wild strawberries, for garnish
Scrape 1/2 cup granita into a mound and fill each of six coupe glasses. Freeze for 15 minutes. Combine shochu, liqueur, strawberries, and lime juice; muddle and strain. Divide liquid evenly among glasses and pour over the granita. Garnish with wild strawberries.
