Add this icy granita to our Strawberry Shochu cocktail.
- 2 cups strawberries, quartered
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Place strawberries and lime juice in a blender. In a small saucepan, combine water and sugar; bring to a boil. Slowly add the syrup to the blender; puree. Pour mixture into an 8-inch-square baking dish. Freeze at least 4 hours or overnight.
