Rose French 75
- 4 ounces gin
- 2 ounces simple syrup
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1 bottle sparkling rose (750 ml)
- Lemon twist, for garnish
Stir together gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice and divide among eight glasses. Add ice and top with rose. Garnish with lemon twist.
