Ingredients

  • 4 ounces gin
  • 2 ounces simple syrup
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 bottle sparkling rose (750 ml)
  • Lemon twist, for garnish

Directions

  1. Stir together gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice and divide among eight glasses. Add ice and top with rose. Garnish with lemon twist.
