Persimmon Wrapped with Duck Prosciutto

It's just like the classic cantaloupe combo -- only so much better, you might never go back.

Ingredients

  • 1 Fuyu persimmon
  • 2 ounces duck prosciutto, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Slice persimmon paper-thin on a mandoline. Then cut prosciutto into 2 1/2-inch strips. Roll persimmon slices into cigars; wrap with prosciutto.
