When Adebisi Agunbiade and Joffrey Wilson made their eight-year courtship official at a park on the Mississipi River, they were surrounded by family and friends -- and an uninvited crasher! But no matter -- the easygoing bride and groom were too busy dancing with Bisi's Nigerian family and enjoying the day. "Minneapolis is known for its cold and snow, so we were excited to show people a different side by having it outdoors in the summer," says Bisi. "Between the sunshine and the views of the skyline, it was beautiful!"

The bride had one of her bridesmaids weave fresh orchids into her updo, which peeked out from under her sheer eyelet veil.

Bisi's bridesmaids, on either side of her, hold smaller, simpler bouquets that are just as sweet.

The groomsmen, decked out in light tuxes complete with dapper bow ties and boutonnieres that coordinate with the bridal party's flowers, stop for an impromptu pose -- and a chuckle -- before a colorful wall.

Cheerful bright-yellow and lime-green paper lanterns fill the wedding reception with warmth and light as the sun begins to set beyond the windows.
