Robin and Matt, who met while working for the same web-design firm, got engaged after four years of courtship. Their wedding incorporated details that put their guests at ease, such as goody bags filled with chewing gum and fake mustaches. "My favorite part was probably the mustaches," says Matt. "Or, wait -- true, undying love. No, probably the mustaches."

The playful stationery features the couple's initials, the date, and graphic elements letterpressed in white on white.

The same graphics appear in the program, simply bound using a sewing machine.

The speech bubble on the reply card inspired creative responses.

The bride's bouquet is composed of giant, lush peonies and ruffly sweet peas in various shades of pink, and is tied with an ivory satin ribbon.

Attached to the seating cards are buttons the couple designed specially for each guest. After family and friends found their assigned tables, they could wear the buttons, which were great conversation starters.

The guest book is made from large sheets of paper that were cut, folded, and then stitched together. Miniature envelopes in light blue, muted gray, and ivory were adhered to the pages with double-sided tape, so that friends and family could slip personal notes inside of them and then seal the envelopes with stickers in contrasting colors.

Robin designed goody bag favors containing Matt's favorite kind of notebook and Robin's favorite type of pen, extra buttons, chewing gum, a fake mustache, and a note of thanks from the couple and their parents.

Guests enjoy the evening views of the New York City skyline and Central Park while eating dinner.

In lieu of a cake, the couple chose to have tiers of cupcakes, which were made from their favorite store-bought cake mix and iced with vanilla frosting.

Fondant wafers, rubber-stamped with hearts, starbursts, monograms, and exclamation points, top each cupcake.
