The Couple
As the CEO of Sandals Resorts (famous for its couples-only retreats), Adam is no stranger to romantic gestures. In fact, at his 28th birthday party, in front of 50 friends, he proposed on bended knee to an astonished Jill. The next morning, another surprise: They learned she was expecting. "I always wanted a short engagement," says Jill. "This gave us the perfect excuse." Four months later, the two wed in the groom's native Jamaica. And four months after that, Aston was born.
Friends first, Jill and Adam met in boarding school when they were 15 years old.
