Create this simple centerpiece by attaching a painted dowel rod -- 3/8-inch in diameter and approximately 18 inches long -- to a store-bought tissue ball, available at bulkpartysupplies.com. Stick the dowel rod in an urn, and hold it in place by packing the urn tightly with crumpled paper.
