Your bridesmaids' eyes may fill with tears, but they'll be free of windblown hair if you've provided pretty barrette gifts. The barrettes start out as inexpensive bare-metal clips. You add flair by supergluing mother-of-pearl flowers or flowery buttons. Present them on precut business-card paper accented with colored paper cut 1/4 inch smaller than the card on all sides and affixed with craft glue. Label each card with the recipient's name and the date. Punch a pair of holes, and insert.
