Martha Stewart Weddings, Winter 2007
Help guests find their seats by offering personalized luggage tags that make a functional keepsake. Print labels with lines for name, address, and phone number onto card stock (use the insert that comes with the tags as a template). Calligraph guests' names. Slip tag and decorative paper backing into the plastic cover. Loop cording through hole at top, and hang on chairs. Calligraphy by Nancy Howell.

I can't find plastic tags that look this nice. The ones I keep finding look cheap! Anyone know where to find these?
Love SusieGallo's idea. We do this by taking pix of hotels, inns, restaurants, beaches, etc., labeling them on the pack, and have them in a basket on our coffee table to share with visitors, or just to remember our travels... better than an album! Glad to see someone else does this. But I also love the luggage tag idea.
The source that Martha Stewart cites is linneadesign.com...they sell the tags with their artwork. Also, paper-source.com carries them with their (very cool) artwork (and they have all kinds of other great stuff.) I haven't yet been able to find anyone who sells these particular tags blank. I've found some at the office supply store, but they are not as nice looking.
Do you have any suggestions on where to buy the tags?
this is a great idea, but I have changed it a little...giving this as a gift and labeling them EX: Key West 2008 and placed stayed at...Favorite restaurant(while there) with name, address, tel #, comments..and placing it in a homemade craft box to fill up...and suggesting placing it on a coffee/end table to look into each time you travel thru the years to come
