Buy your favorite teas in bulk, or devise a blend to your liking, then decant it into packets large enough to brew an entire pot. Attach a homemade tag inscribed with a fitting message to a length of embroidery thread, which can be sealed into the seam of the tea bag.

use soy based ink it is non-toxic and safe
How do I make the tea bag tags? Is there a type of ink that is non-toxic and is there a particular type of paper that can get wet without leaking?
I found tea bags on localharvest .org
where do i buy the empty tea sachets?
I ALREAYD AHVE TOKEN BUT WANT TO GIVE THESE ON MY RECEPTION, when should we give it? wouldn't it be odd to give tea bags during the reception?
if you write on the tea bags, wont the ink get in the tea?
I did a different variation of this by wrapping single serve tea bags in wrappers I made and printed on my computer. The front of the tea bags had a picture of a heart shaped sugar cube on a spoon above a tea cup and had the inscription "love for all eterni"tea"" On the back side of the wrapper, the top is our names and the date and another picture on the bottom flap. It was super-easy to make using excel, my personal printer, and a glue pen. Everybody who has seen them LOVES them.
How could you do this with coffee?
Use tea bags with tag and attach your tag over existing one. I used this idea for a Mother's Day Brunch. Worked well.
How is the string attached to the tag. It doesn't show how it is attached?
Not very much in the way of directions...
Where do you find the packets/bags?
Yes, it says "love is brewing." On top it says "earl grey tea" and on the bottom the date.

What does this message above "love is brewing" say?
