Spice up the condiments at your reception tables: Spell out your initials in sea salt and coarse pepper, or form charming shapes. Place a small cookie cutter in the center of a saltcellar or shallow bowl. Make a waxed-paper funnel, and use it to pour salt around the cutter. Next, pour pepper inside cutter until even with level of the salt. Tap bowl, and add more salt or pepper, if needed. With cutter still in place, set cellar on the table. Carefully lift cookie cutter.
