Sugar-paste daisies drift down a fondant-covered cake, by Gail Watson of New York City. This effect is created by covering the top tier entirely with the blooms, and placing fewer and fewer on the bottom tiers. The choice of daisies, a decidedly old-fashioned flower, gives the simple, modern design a retro appeal. The cake's petite form gains presence when displayed on a footed cake stand.

Hi Stephanie,

good luck,
Saskia
How do you make the gum paste stick to the fondant? Does that Wilton kit provide instructions on this? Thanks!
You can actually make these flowers. I bought a Wilton gum paste kit from Michaels and there is an easy step by step way to make these exact daisies. Its honestly quite easy and I had no previous training when I made them and got great results.
Hello, I m Stephanie Ponnet from Belgium and my question is: where can I find these flowers? Thanks
