Martha Stewart Weddings, Volume 10 1999
A guest book doesn't have to be in the form of a book. The bright hues of these small gift cards can't help but beguile the eyes of wedding guests; their small size gives well-wishers just enough space to write a sweet thought, quip, or hope; and the envelopes, allowing for privacy, encourage them to get a little sentimental. Use a clear vase or bowl to hold the sealed envelopes; after the wedding, the opened envelopes can be glued facedown into an album so that the cards can be easily removed and reread.

I'd like to know where to get the glass container.
Does anyone know where to get the small cards?

Has anyone found a guest book to mount the cards/envelopes in, similar to the one shown?
