Felt Bouquet Cuff

For an enchanting accessory, follow the Victorian tradition of carrying flowers in bouquetiers, or elaborate vase- or bowl-shaped holders: Clothe blooms, such as garden roses and fragrant narcissi, in a handsome, lacy wool cuff.

How to Make It
Slide a 9-inch circle of fusible webbing between two 9-inch wool felt circles; iron together. Trace scalloped circle (download template here) onto kraft paper and cut out. Center paper on the felt; trace with a fabric marker and cut out a Japanese hole punch, make both large and small holes around the cuff's edge. Cut out a wedge the size of 1 scallop, as shown. Cut an X in the center for bouquet. Hot-glue together sides of wedge opening.
