Exotic Enhancements
Top: Mighty Cymbidium 'Sunset' and slender-petaled Vanda 'James Storie' orchids are cuffed with stripped, seeded eucalyptus. The soft, delicate green tones of the eucalyptus frame the orchids' lavish explosion of color. Bottom: Lacy peach-and-yellow speckled Cymbidium 'Dos Pueblos Alba' are paired with orange ballerina tulips and peach parrot tulips in this elegant bouquet. Long, slim tulip leaves add a hint of green to the flowers' sun-drenched palette.

Cymbidium orchids in assorted colors are tucked into handmade paper cones, then affixed by ribbon to a board covered in pink linen to create a garden of floral favors. Each blossom is anchored in a tiny vial of water, to ensure that it will bloom for a full week.

Lavender, pink, and pale yellow phalaenopsis orchid blossoms decorate a bridesmaid's gift wrapped in Japanese paper and festooned with a ribbon of ochre seam binding.

A large burgundy cymbidium orchid adorns a bride's chignon. The understated, upswept hairstyle balances the dramatic flair of the orchid.
