Four buttercream cubes topped with brilliant parrot tulips glow with color; every cluster picks up a hue from the one next to it. To prevent marring the soft icing, the blooms are arranged on clear acetate sheets. Each cake serves 60; for easier slicing, foam board separates the two 4-inch-high layers.

How can you serve 60??? what sieze are each of the cubes???
I just love these!!! This is exactly what we're going with for our upcoming wedding in October this year except in the warm tones of fall. They will match perfectly to the flower box centerpieces we also found on the Martha site! IT'S A GOOD THING!!!
I can not see how each cake would serve 60....must be missing something!
