Escort Card Pin Board

Miniature envelopes holding stamped table assignments were pinned to a fabric-covered board propped on an easel on the lawn.
Martha Stewart Weddings, Summer 2010
  1. Wrap a foam board with fabric, securing the edges with masking tape.
  2. Using rubber number stamps and colored ink, press your table numbers onto their respective escort cards.
  3. Place the escort cards in their corresponding envelopes, and attach them evenly to board with ball pins.

What fabric is this? I thought it was Liberty but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Any help would be appreciated!
