Martha Stewart Weddings, Summer 2010
- Fold 4-inch doilies in half twice. Open them, and scrunch them up a little at the center to give them the ruffled appearance of flowers.
- Thread flowers onto yarn to make strands 12 to 16 inches long, and tie to wreath. Attach extra flowers to wire with double-sided tape to fill in gaps.

30 four-inch doilies make up about three feet.
I wasn't too impressed with how they looked so tried the same method with smaller circle cut-outs (two-inch diametre) of red tissue paper. This look I was way more happy with! Make sure the string matches whatever colour paper you use though.
any idea how many doilies it takes to make one full chandelier?! where is the best place to buy the doilies??
They were amazingly beautiful and can be used later in a bedroom for decor..we had people wanting to buy them after wedding!!
We made these for my sisters wedding and turned out great!
