1. Choose scrapbooking paper that fits your palette. Download our template to help you cut the "flags."
2. Slide flags into a piece of prefolded seam tape and pin in place. We used 3/4-inch red twill tape from TwillTape.com (it comes with the fold), but there are lots of other colors available.
3. Stitch together along the open edge with a sewing machine.
